ABOUT PRESENTER

Keegan Evans is the founder of Euda, a boutique consultancy and coaching firm which helps leaders achieve exponential effectiveness through a focus on deliberate organizational culture, empathetic leadership development, and operational problem solving. Over the course of his career, he has advised a wide range of leaders from diverse industries, including military managers, technology teams, non-profit boards, startup founders, and executives of multi-billion dollar enterprises. At Intuit – a $125 billion Silicon Valley-based software company specializing in AI driven financial software with a mission to power prosperity around the world and is best known for its TurboTax and Quickbooks products – he served as a senior principal on their Workforce and Workplace Strategy team, leveraging customer obsession, courage, and the knowledge that we are stronger together to empower Intuit’s 17,000 employees to do the best work in a new hybrid work model. 

Keegan holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego and began his career in tech where he delivered new product lines, drove revenue growth, and managed process and culture change across the consumer electronics, mobility, fintech, and cloud services industries with organizations like TiVo, Intuit, and technology startups. With Euda, he is able to share this experience with many teams and organizations at scale. Keegan built his coaching and training frameworks around tools employed by America’s most selective and demanding fighting force, and enhanced his practices through his impact with innovation-minded Silicon Valley tech giants. He supports leaders and teams across the spectrum of venture backed startups to Fortune 500 companies as a coach, strategist and facilitator.
