Anne has a unique blend of over three decades of combined domestic and international experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, coach/mentor, human resources professional, real estate investor, educator, author, speaker, and corporate executive. She founded Core
Dimensions International (CDI) in 2010, a business consulting/coaching firm in the Silicon Valley that focuses on assisting professionals, pre-ventures, startups, and established medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing and implementing business strategies that drive sustainable
growth.

She has over a decade of experience in successfully managing two of the largest and reputable publicly-traded luxury retirement communities, and a state-regulated property in the Bay Area where she guided the owners and investors on mergers and acquisitions, operations management, and lease obligations to achieve targeted return on investment (ROI).
