She has worked with organizations such as the SBDC (Small Business Development Center), Paychex Inc., Bay Area News Group, and AGI Publishing, where she was repeatedly recognized for her ability to drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and deliver results.

Throughout her career, Shirley has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs through her work with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Paychex Inc., specializing in business planning, HR compliance, operational strategy, and funding readiness. She has a strong track record of helping startups navigate the complex early stages of growth while building systems for long-term success.

In parallel, Shirley serves as an Associate Clinical Counselor at Shine a Light Counseling Center, where she supports individuals and families through various therapy modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR.
